Official Rules & Privacy Policy

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the Roam2Rescue Giveaway #2 (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, each entrant ("Entrant," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Roam2Rescue LLC ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Roam2Rescue LLC, 3409 N. 7th Avenue, Ste C109, Unit 387, Phoenix, AZ 85013.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content and conduct of this Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MST and ends on October 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer or timekeeping records are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible, except as expressly provided for mail-in entries in Section 5(c).

5. How to Enter

There are three (3) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries obtained through any method are pooled together for the drawing, and each individual entry has the same chance of being selected as every other entry.

(a) Free Online Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official giveaway page at Roam2Rescue.com/pages/giveaway and submit your name and email address in the entry form. Doing so earns you one (1) Sweepstakes entry at no cost. Limit one (1) free online entry per person and per email address.

After entering, you may earn additional bonus entries, at no cost, by completing the optional actions displayed in the entry form (for example, following Sponsor on a social media platform, visiting a designated page, or sharing your personal referral link). Bonus entries are awarded in the amounts displayed in the entry form at the time the action is completed, including five (5) bonus entries for each eligible friend who enters the Sweepstakes through your referral link. Completing an optional action does not require you to make a purchase, and each action can earn bonus entries only once per Entrant.

(b) Purchase Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, you may also receive Sweepstakes entries by making a qualifying purchase at Roam2Rescue.com. You will receive Sweepstakes entries at the rate displayed on the official entry page at the time of your purchase ($1.00 spent = 1 entry). Purchases are subject to Roam2Rescue's standard store terms and return policy. Entries earned through a purchase are identical in value to entries earned through the free methods described in Sections 5(a) and 5(c); a purchase is simply one of several ways to obtain entries and is never required.

(c) Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry) — No Purchase Necessary

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can also obtain Sweepstakes entries without purchase by legibly hand-printing, on a 3" x 5" card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 7, 2026 and received by October 10, 2026. Each mail-in entry received will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entry. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries, but each must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries that are incomplete, illegible, not postmarked or received by the applicable deadlines, or that do not otherwise comply with these Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or undelivered mail. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

General Entry Conditions

All entries must be made by the individual Entrant. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or other device to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or that do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.

6. Prizes

One (1) prize package (the "Prize") will be awarded, consisting of the following:

• Two (2) Oversized Camp Chairs with Side Table
• One (1) Large Elevated Dog Bed
• One (1) 52QT Insulated Portable Cooler
• One (1) 51L Waterproof Duffel Bag with Shoulder Straps
• One (1) 2-Burner Portable Camp Stove
• One (1) Exclusive Roam2Rescue Booney Hat

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize: $428.00 USD.

The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be given, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize (or component) becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize consists only of the item(s) expressly listed above; all other costs and expenses not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Every eligible entry, whether obtained through the free online entry form, optional bonus actions, a purchase, or mail-in entry, has an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about October 13, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided with their entry on or about October 13, 2026.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date notice is sent and must provide a valid mailing address to claim the Prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, fails to provide a valid mailing address, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

The Prize will be mailed to the winner at the mailing address provided. Sponsor is not responsible for Prizes that are undeliverable, lost, or damaged in transit due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, Sponsor will report the value of the Prize to the applicable tax authorities and may require the winner to complete and return a Form W-9 or other tax documentation prior to Prize delivery.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

For purposes of these Rules, "Released Parties" means Sponsor, Roam2Rescue LLC, and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns. "Social Media Platforms" means any third-party social media or website platform on or through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and the Social Media Platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prize.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software; the failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Entrants further agree that, in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein shall bar the recovery of damages or attorneys' fees where such recovery is mandated by statute.

By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death, or losses or damages to persons or property, AS WELL AS CLAIMS AND/OR ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities, or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of, a Prize. The Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Not Sponsored or Endorsed by Social Media Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other Social Media Platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any Social Media Platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any Social Media Platform.

15. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, set forth in Part 2 below.

16. Winner's List

To obtain the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope, within sixty (60) days after the winner-selection date, to: Roam2Rescue LLC, 3409 N. 7th Avenue, Ste C109, Unit 387, Phoenix, AZ 85013, Attn: Giveaway #2 Winner Request.

Roam2Rescue LLC ("Roam2Rescue," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit Roam2Rescue.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or enter our giveaways or sweepstakes. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly: your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and any other information you submit when entering a giveaway (including by mail-in entry), making a purchase, subscribing to communications, or contacting us.
• Purchase and transaction information: records of purchases you make, including order details and shipping information. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Winners' names may be published as described in the Official Rules and provided to any applicable Social Media Platform only to the extent required to promote the giveaway.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly without cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for the duration of a giveaway and for a reasonable period thereafter, and as required to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our giveaways are open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and the Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
