Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This means each item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time typically takes 2–7 business days
  • During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause delays for international shipments.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Number of items ordered
  • Shipping method selected

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website when active.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please contact us.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Roam2Rescue is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • High order volume

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date (or expected delivery date).

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
